Presently, I am a licensed assistant to Diana Alfortish, our broker, at Pivach Real Estate, LLC.  I began my work experience in Belle Chasse at Balestra’s, the local grocer.  Many in the community remember me for the seven years that I spent as a bank teller at the Whitney bank in Belle Chasse.  From that position, I worked my way to loan processor and found that banking was not my calling.  I accepted a job at Titlemasters, the real estate division of the law firm of Pivach, Pivach, Hufft, Thriffiley, and Dunbar, LLC.  That began my interest in real estate.

After two years, I began working at Pivach Real Estate, LLC as the secretary/receptionist.  That interest blossomed into a profession that I love.  Under Diana’s tutelage, I have worked my way to becoming her licensed assistant.  I assist in all aspects of our client’s real estate needs from listing to buying.  I do have a knack and love for taking pictures and capturing the very best that homes have to offer.  Every day I strive to use the experience that I have gained and continue to offer our clients the best experience possible.

A NOTE FROM DIANA ALFORTISH:

As Nyla’s broker, I can tell you that she doesn’t just have a knack for taking pictures.  Her photography and marketing expertise have resulted in homes being sold that were previously listed with other real estate firms to no avail.  That is one of her ways of offering our clients the best experience possible!
